Ep 18:🎟️Three moments. One community

From conference lounges to cocktails to bagel tables — we’re taking it offline.

🎯4 The Win

Social4TheWin is where strategy meets scroll-stopping ideas. It’s part newsletter, part creative playbook, all signal, no noise.

This week isn’t about scrolling — it’s about showing up IRL:

🧑‍💼 Inside the YMS Creator Lounge and why small moments create big opportunities

🥂 The Fall Social is the community moment of the season

🥯 Offline Mode: Bagel-Making Class, a small table, big conversations

🎟️ Spotlight

📅 Youth Marketing SummitOct 22,2025Brooklyn

Tomorrow, I’ll be moderating a panel with leaders from Sesame Street 📺, The Washington Post 📰, and Lyft 🚕 — exploring how the next wave of platforms, storytelling, and creators is redefining marketing.

We’re also hosting a Creator Lounge at the conference, where select creators will have the chance to connect directly with industry leaders.

We have a few remaining spots for creators to join. If you’re free tomorrow and interested, send me an email and I’ll see if we can get you in.

This is an incredible opportunity to meet the decision-makers shaping the future of youth marketing.

I reached out to Olivia, the head of their programming, after attending their last event over two years ago, and the persistence and interest paid off, leading to this opportunity.

🍁 Upcoming Social4TheWin Events

We have two events coming up in November/Early December.

🥂 The Fall Social

This is our big fall community moment. Expect good drinks, great people, and real conversations with some of the brightest marketers, creators, and industry voices in NYC.

If you’ve been looking for a way to meet the people shaping the next wave of social, this is it.

🥯 Offline Mode: Bagel-Making Class

This one’s a little more intimate. A small group of creators and a handful of brand marketers will join us for a hands-on bagel-making workshop in NYC. It’s designed to spark real conversations, build deeper connections, and create space for meaningful brand-creator relationships.

We are partnering with Bagel Up, the company behind New York Bagel Fest, to host a first for our community.

I like my bagel classic. Cream Cheese, Nova, slice of Tomato.

Community Opportunities

🥯 BagelFest 2025November 16th, 2025 Citi Field

I did mention that some people from our community may be interested in attending, so please check it out, as it should be a fun event!

🏆Play to Win

The creator economy moves at the speed of scroll. But the real power lives in the rooms where the algorithm can’t follow.

📍 A coffee. A panel. A bagel-making table. Those are the moments where connections turn into collaborations.

Online builds reach. Offline builds trust. And trust is what compounds.

Quote Of The Week

The true value of networking doesn’t come from how many people we can meet but rather how many people we can introduce to others..

Simon Sinek

And I try my best to live by the above quote!

Best,
Jacob
